You're about a week late on asking this one - I just sent 2 boxes of twinax
and connectors to the metals yard but I may find one laying around. I'll get
back with you direct if I find one in the next few days. If you get
desperate you might try

the ends or maybe even sort ready-made cables. Of course you need a crimper
for the pins unless you get the solder type. Either way remember that they
are polarized, with the brass colored wire going to the dot on the
insulator.
