Bad BA123 Power Supply - Fix or Scrap?

Does anyone want to fix a power supply from a BA123? The box
seems OK, but there was probably a short at some point. Local
pick up only - in Toronto. If no one replies, out on Wednesday for
sure into the garbage!!
