DSL Woes

He's in Nebraska for the weekend, but I'll get a reading when he returns. His
setup involves a rooftop dish that works as both a receiver and transmitter.
The thing's about an 18" dish. This ISP is local, but I suppose there are
others like 'em everywhere. He tells me it costs just under $100 per month.
