Since this VAX is the only system that speaks DECnet at this time, I'd
like to be able to connect other systems or terminals to the DECserver
MC200 and connect that to the VAX via ethernet. Today, I connected
the hardware, but it appears that I don't have the necessary software
installed on the VAX - if I'm looking in the right place. Should
there be a sys$system:[decserver] directory with that software in it?
