No, but just as it is your responsibility to lock your house, it is also
your responsbility to protect your server so that people can't just wander
in.

The sad truth about mankind is that one man will always try to take
advantage of another. It's a simple fact of our being. The sooner you
can accept that, the sooner you will see the sense in putting more effort
into safeguarding your property rather than worrying over who might come
into your house and steal your twinkies.
