If I remember correctly, the 'netrunner' character class in the Cyberpunk
RPG has a direct neural interface to the net, and (h|cr)ack with it. The
danger in that comes from the ability of the netrunner's adversaries to
crack into that interface and do nasty things like stop the netrunner's
heart.
Gives a whole new meaning to "reach out and touch someone".
