Being the descendant of the creators of UUCP, it doesn't surprise me.
I did a lot of experimienting with UUCP long before the INTERNET as we
know it was even a dream in Vint Cerf's eye. I was even running UUCP
accross ham Packet modems at 1200 baud before the the W0RLI BBS stuff
got going. I never understood the desire to re-invent the wheel, especially
in such an inferior manner when the use of UUCP would have given them
Email and News right out of the box.

Anybody here who knows where "trotter" was?? Or the significance of the
