Interesting.

I have always wondered why someone would build a vehicle system that
amplified an audio carrier for everyone around them to hear. Seems it is
inviting not a noise generator but perhaps one might choose to inject an
alternate audio carrier that would be picked up, greatly amplified, and
then broadcast for all to hear.

This will actually cause violence to be done to them so is less advisable
then perhaps a spark gap that sounds like high-frequency clipping. Make'em
take it back to the shop for a 'look see.' :-)
