preserving / ressurecting old docs?

Bull****! You'll find that the requirement for a camera ready copy is that
they're printed out at 1000dpi or better. Furthermore you'll find that
there are in fact books sold that are totally done on Laserprinter and or
Xerox machines.

A better statement is that no one in their right mind does up a book in
WordPerfect for Windows V5.2! Thereby necessitating providing thier own
camera ready copy!
