Possible hit.
Think my parents had on book on this in the 70's.
Possibly based on a persons reactions to various
colors. The books 'multimedia' may have been
just color flash cards (the guts were in the book,
which I did not read).

Yes, you get Beaucoup hits on Yahoo with
     "+Luscher+Color".
