Yes, definitely.
If it's Apple-branded (probably isn't) any copy of HDSC Drive Setup will do
that is 68K friendly. They come with most MacOS installs.
If it isn't, there's a straight-forward patch you can do with ResEdit, or
you can get one of the third-party formatters (try
http://www.accesscom.com/~gamba/ -- he should have lots of these).
