Right...a great many American, British and French businesses dealt with
Nazi Germany right up until the war started. In fact some British firms
had to bring their staff home through the advancing German army!
(Before the war proper started, I must add...) American firms dealt
with Germany (quite legititamtely, being a neutral country) up until
Pearl Harbor.
