Actually I recommend getting a Encompass (DECUS) Membership if you don't
already have one (I think you can still get a free one). Then getting the
Hobbyist CD-ROM from Montagar. You'll need the membership anyway since I
really doubt you've got any license PAKs.

Just checked, looks like Encompass membership is still free (I *really*
needed to renew mine).

They say the membership ID will be sent out via email within a week. So
the sooner you get started the better probably. Once you have the ID you
can get License PAK's and order the CD. You can also get CD's for versions
other than V7.2 off of eBay.
