Converting TTL monitor to Analog

"TTL" refers to Transistor/Transistor Logic. Low usually .5VDC to zero, high >~4VDC, usually 5VDC.

IIRC "ECL" is Emitter Coupled Logic. Don't remember the voltage levels.
