RSTS/E >7.0?

Anyone have any advice on where I can obtain a copy of RSTS/E that's more
recent then 7.0? I've got a 7.0 system running, but am really missing DCL
:-(

I've heard there's a hobbyist license for old DEC stuff, but haven't been
able to find too much useful information on it.

I'm almost desperate to re-live my college 11/70 experience :-)
