I do believe that Will Jennings has one on a PCB I recently saw. You might be
able to twist his arm.
You will also need the 7992 and possibly some sort of modulator (7996?) for the
medium you use if you're scratch-building an application.
You might check chipcenter.com and freetradezone.com, as I don't think AMD will
be able to help you.
