Wish I'd seen that. Yeah, ViewPoint/Star/GlobalView (whatever you want to
call it) is still a long way ahead of what we've ended up with. I usually
use GVWin on the laptop for docs etc, they only get converted to Word format
if they have to be sent outside :-) Admittedly it's only become usable since
the hardware has been fast enough to support it - a 15 minute boot time for
VP on a 6085 is next to useless, but it boots in 20 seconds or so on a
400MHz laptop. I wish I could get hold of XDE (Tajo), that would sit very
nicely in another volume of my GVWin virtual disk...
