TRS-80 Clones

I have a machine which I believe is a TRS-80 clone,
although I don't know if it's fully compatible or some sort
of upgrade. It's a Video Genie, and I seem to recall some
connection with Dick Smith Electronics of Australia...
Anybody know any more about this?
