        It needs to be /EXEC/SYSTEM, otherwise
        any herbert could overflow your LA36 :-)

        It was documented by mistake and
        then had to be explicitly documented
        as "don't do this" because lots of
        products go and check for any of the
        umpteen licences that *might* let them
        run.

        It's only a few (non-DEC) products that
        actually check for non-existant licences
        and require that the check fail.
