Serial Hard Disk Interface (S100 hard drives and controllers)

On the subject of hard drives and controllers.... I had read about someone
working on a serial to IDE interface, can anyone point me in the direction
of that website, I can no longer find the info and I was interested in the
project to see if placing an Rverter interface which turns an Atari SIO port
into a standard Serial port would work. Thanks,
