Poutine is a Quebecois interpretation of french fries with cheese curds and
gravy.

Haggis has been referred to as a "culinary disaster", but as a Scot I feel
somewhat motivated to defend it -- although I have no idea quite how to
go about doing so. Oatmeal and chopped sheep sweetbreads stuffed into a
sheep's stomach and boiled. Frequently served for breakfast :P
