Moussaka? Layers of minced[1] lamb and fried aubergines[2] with eggs,
greek yoghurt[3], and baked. Mmm, very nice! I had some last night.
[1] you'd probably call that ground lamb
[2] eggplant
[3] thick yoghurt made from sheep's milk
