KM11 and RK11-D

Hi Tony,

I was wondering if you had ever used a KM11 with a RK11-D ? If so, can
you provide some direction in its use? My manuals only have a couple of
paragraphs on the KM11 and pretty much only tell me which slot it should
be installed in.
