Apple Floppy Drives (was: More Apple Pimpers)

Heck, I remember taking disks out while the disk access light was on!
Perhaps I was luckier than

I do seem to recall in the very early days that some brands of floppy had
bad batches, but if you stuck with Dysan or Elephant, anything you could
originally format, remained good.

Anybody out there collecting all the types and brands of floppy media?
