Idea about Registering rare computers.

I think it's a good idea, primarily for recording provenance, but I think
it's a little premature. Any organized effort to register machines would
likely languish due to lack of upkeep and lack of interest. Perhaps in
five more years it will start to become more relevant.

However, I do see the need to start recording the provenance of machines
in our respective collections now, so everyone should try to keep their
own records for the time being.
