(MPE vs VMS) HP & Compaq

Speaking of MPE, I've always wanted to play around with MPE (I used
HP2000's in the past, and do sysadmin for various hp9000's, but never got
to play with a 3000).

Any tips/pointers on how to get access to MPE without spending much money
(or having much space)?

thanks.
