Yes, it can do analog and digital, and sync down to 15 Hz, which means it can function with oddball RGB
outputs such as the Tandy Color Computer 3 and the Commodore Amiga.

I use one for CGA (digital) mode with an IBM PC-XT 286, it has a very nice picture.
