I didn't see it, but who cares if he doesn't phrase things the best....
he's probably shaken up quite a bit over it. Gouliani (spelling?)
wasn't the most eloquent either. So what??

Even Arafat was stumbling over his words, granted, I have know idea how
well he speaks English, but he seemed disturbed over it to me. I
suppose he could be a pretty good actor, but since I am not in the
intelligence community, I'll leave that to them to decide.
