changing Aviion monitor refresh setting

Great! I'll have to remember that you can set the video refresh from a
serial terminal, too.

It is, in fact, a standard 101-key AT keyboard. I've heard rumours that
cheap no-name keyboards might not work, but I haaven't done any testing
myself. I use the same Fujitsu 4700-series AT keyboards with my Aviions
that I used to use with my i386 PC.
