What's the volts for P70/P75 plamsa display on yours?

Which one? P70 (386) or P75 (486)?
On both types, motherboard have load of fuses, HD, FD, and few
others! Good old IBM nutiness. Did you mean you got power on power
LED lit and fan spinning but no POST?

Still haven't got any replies w/ their measured volts on 5 wire cable
for panel.
