I started getting large numbers of opt-in type spam emails off-list about
3 months ago. The most effective means to stop them seems to be to contact
the network and or system administrator where the emails originate from,
and not even bother with the supposed "opt-out" stuff. Complaining to the
right people does at least seem to slow those type of spammers down :)
