AS/400s in the Champaign area

Ok guys, it seems I messed up in the last message. I've just
found something that says that the "9406" on this machine --
"machine type" as they call it -- really doesn't tell you a
thing about the CPU being RISC or CISC.

So I give up, how _do_ you tell? :)
