  That's fine by me. There's room in the world for just about any
mindset, and as long as your views are held by the majority, my tools
and my toys are cheap.

  I'm willing to bet that your shop isn't populated with $600
off-the-shelf bundled systems.
  I've seen PC/Windows shops with remarkably high uptime-to-downtime
ratios. None of them were running bargain equipment.
