dec Lab Modules

Anyone have information on this product series?
The 'dec Lab Modules' are 45 years old so on
topic. What I'm looking for is the pin assignment
for the backplane (only 5 jacks at this stage)
All I know is that -15v,+10v,+10v and -3v are
supposed to go in (I think) but I don't know where.
