The most obvious one is, "I've seen it demonstrated that it can do what I
want." That doesn't say something else won't do that, but just that he's not
seen it. That's a compelling influence. Now, if you, like most folks, had
never seen a workstation, or, for that matter, any other sort of computer, and
someone showed you one that did what you needed done, and you were tasked to
buy a computer that day, what would you do?
