RA70 help needed

Hey all;

    I picked up an BA23 and a couple RA70 drives, etc etc... does anyone
know a way to jumper pins on the RA70 drive so it will come up, and
ready without having to use a control panel? I just have the drives,
any help would be appreciated... thanks
