according to various catalogues I do have here this _could_ be a
hi-performance SCSI controller that could have been made by Cyclone
(perhaps others manufacturers as well). I can send you pictures of these
boards, perhaps you can find yours there.

Does the board have additional connectors, add-on modules, SIMM/DIMM
memories etc?
