Maybe just the initial prototypes didn't have them. It was part of the
molding plates.

Odd.
But anyway, some losers use this as a tactic to get unsuspecting bidders
to bid up a Mac auction for no good reason. It borders on fraudulent.
It's certainly sleazy.
