That depends on if this unit is a 512K Mac or a 512Ke - my mother
upgraded hers when she used them daily in her typing business. Paid
full price for the upgrade - new ROMs and a double-sided drive.
If you have just a 512K, remember that you need an OS on a 400K
floppy or it won't work. If it's a 512Ke, I'm pretty sure it won't
boot 0.97 anymore.
