I haven't played with CMU TCP/IP for a long while, but couldn't it just be
recompiled to run under a later version of OpenVMS. Bliss is available for
download (or off the OpenVMS freeware CD). I suspect getting it to run on
Alpha might be a big challenge, but a VAX version might not be so hard.
