The sun 2 and 3 monitors were the same. The flat base on the monitor in the
picture is probably a separate piece which has the dimple. Though I did
see a few in the old days that were designed with an integrated flat
bottom piece.
In the picture, you can almost see the round piece between monitor and
the flat base.
