  Dude. You are SO in luck! The rear lock controls access to the entire
cabinet. You can pull the front panel by grabbing the top edge &
pulling out & down, and pull the front lock barrel. Two options: chunk
the lock and install a 3-position rotary switch. Or, the elegant way,
drill the tumblers out. You can't install AIX, run low-level
diagnostics, or much else unless you can switch to service mode.

  Look for the big "clickety" kbd with detachable cable. There are 2
versions I know work, but all mine are the same model. P/N 1391401, FRU
# 1392090. I disremember the other one's numbers. Your mice should
work.

  If you see an IBM SCSI cable that looks like a mutated 68-pin to
50-pin Centronics [Doc ducks & giggles] grab that too. The external
interface is proprietary. I only have one and I won't share. I do have
random cabinet parts, an orphan key that will work if you drill your
locks, and drive sleds. I also have some RAM modules, but no extra RAM
cards.

  Keep me informed. I'm envious. If it has an OS on it, make a tape.
