PDP8 Terminal info?

I have a few terminals with "20 ma" connectors on the back and have seen a
PDP8 with such as well. Can these two be connected wire-for-wire and work,
or do I need other hardware?

(PS: Terminals are Wyse-85 and DEC VT220)
