I have the impression that Sellam's collection transcends the
conventional boundaries of that which is normal. Indeed, I think if one
has several warehouses filled with every possible computer imaginable,
it's not so much about collecting computers as it is about the capacity
of a single man to create that which is beyond mortal comprehension.
The impact of seeing Sellam's warehouses is probably not unlike what it
felt like for medieval peasants first walking into a great cathedral.
Upon seeing the greatness of it, you're compelled to believe in great
things. So, if you're REALLY compelled to collect and have the means to
do it on a grand scale, then I can certainly see how the insanity of it
goes beyond being a flaw and turning into being cool.
