Dead CMOS Battery - NEC Powermate portable

Mine just has a small 4.5v lithium. the type that you use on AT's and AT
clones of the period with 3 or 4 inch leads and velcros inside. Been in
there for about 4 yrs and it works fine, you just have to be careful where
you velcro or tie it down to be able to let add-in ISA cards work with it
too. My other Powermate portables had this same type battery, wonder is
someone didn't make that up themselves or just find a decent substitute. I
can't see that it needs a 6v (2x3) cmos source either.

=> The CMOS battery on my NEC Powermate portable is dead. The
=> batter is two 3 volt MnO2-Li batteries taped together and attached to a
=> connector. Anyone know what I can use as a substitute?
