Dead CMOS Battery - NEC Powermate portable

And oh boy do they explode - had a lithium attached by a dufus to the solder
points of the old NIcd on a 386 motherboard - he ran it maybe 3 mins after
he did the swap out - me running it, without knowing he was a dumbass that
wired a litium to a recharge point, got the thrill of a loud pop and sputter
as the lithium battery's guts (hot too) shot all over the powered maiboard.
Not fun on the cardiac system at all.
