All 4 of the laptops I've dismantled had ribbon interfaces much like
the floppy cables. I have no idea what sort of signal drives them.
I _would_ like to know what that type of cable is properly called.
Flat mylar(?) with applied traces, not wires, attaches to the PCB with a
clamping header?
