First thing I'd do is clean the board. Mineral deposits and such from
cooked water cause all kinds of weird problems with boards. I've cleaned a
large number of boards that were exposed to water (even ones that went
through a flood), and most worked fine after just cleaning. A few needed
minor repairs, but were otherwise in good shape. Switching power supplies
don't tend to survive water at all though.
