I was trying to locate the booklet. I saw it as recently as a couple
weeks ago but can't remember where I put it in the meantime.

However, I have archived e-mail messages about this since I made copies
for someone before.

The manual that describes the modules is called:

Instruction Manual Including CHIP-8X for the VIP Expansion Keypad, VIP
Expansion Keypad Interface Board, VIP Color Board, VIP Simple Sound
Board

It covers these modules:

VIP Expansion Keyboard VP580
VIP Expansion Keypad Interface Board VP585
VIP Color Board VP590
VIP Simple Sound Board VP595
