Good point there - go to the average Radio Shack and you either get "I don't
know" or some answer out of their butt - they are just retail clerks that
people have somehow decided to put in the place of knowledgeable people and
these sales clerks begin thinking that they really do know the stuff -
Walmart has them in electronics and automotive too. Now before all you guys
jump me that have decent Radio Shacks or formerly worked at one and do know
your stuff, this is a generalized statement, not meant to mean every clerk
at every Radio Shack.
